Michelle helps leaders pursue wholeness in body, mind, and spirit— so they can live with greater energy, balance, and alignment. Drawing on her background in sport and performance psychology and her certification as a Functional Medicine Health Coach, she partners with clients to identify the areas that matter most and create sustainable steps forward.

Michelle's coaching covers six key areas that impact long term well-being: nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, environment, and relationships/support systems.

Her goal is simple— to help leaders build healthy rhythms that restore capacity for the life, work, and legacy that matter most.
