Executive Exchange

A Peer Advisory Forum for Leaders Carrying Meaningful Responsibility

Executive Exchange is a confidential, faith-based peer forum for leaders who need space to step out of the noise, process meaningful decisions, and lead with greater clarity and perspective as responsibility grows.

In a trusted, facilitated environment, leaders engage in honest conversation, gain outside perspective, and are challenged to think more clearly about the decisions in front of them.

Over time, this creates the consistency, accountability, and clarity needed to lead well through growth, complexity, and the responsibilities that extend beyond work.

Experience Behind the Forum

While Executive Exchange is a newly named offering, the work behind it is well established. Since 2012, Chris has participated in more than 450 executive advisory boards and peer leadership forums, personally facilitating more than 300 of those engagements alongside business owners and senior leaders.

That depth of experience shapes how Executive Exchange is facilitated today — grounded in real business realities, honest dialogue, and a clear understanding of the pressures leaders face when their decisions carry weight.

Who Executive Exchange Is For

Executive Exchange is designed for leaders who:

• Carry meaningful leadership, organizational, personal, or family responsibility

• Make consequential decisions that affect people, teams, clients, families, or organizations

• Value peer perspective, discernment, and trusted counsel

• Want leadership aligned with faith, purpose, and stewardship—not just performance

• Are willing to both receive and offer meaningful perspective

• Can commit to showing up consistently and contributing to the life of the group

Fit is determined by leadership posture, complexity, and contribution to the room—not title, income, or company size alone.

What Makes Executive Exchange Different

Many leadership groups emphasize curriculum, teaching, or predefined frameworks. Executive Exchange is built around the people in the room and the real decisions they are facing.

Here, you will find:

  • Business-first conversations informed by faith and purpose

  • Peer advisory rather than content delivery

  • Leaders who contribute insight as much as they receive it

  • Space to step out of the noise and think clearly

  • Facilitation grounded in judgment, experience, and discernment

Executive Exchange is intentionally faith-based. Faith is not treated as separate from business, family, calling, or the decisions leaders carry. Members are encouraged to seek wisdom through a Christ-centered view of stewardship, influence, character, and responsibility.

This is a room for leaders who want depth, not distraction.

What's Included

Monthly Executive Exchange Gatherings

Executive Exchange meets monthly in extended, focused gatherings designed to provide depth, clarity, and meaningful peer engagement.

Each cohort is intentionally limited in size so members can be known, heard, and challenged over time. Gatherings are typically held in person and may include personal and professional check-ins, peer counsel around real issues, BHAGG and goal review, accountability, prayer, reflection, and discernment.

Facilitated Advisory Leadership

Chris serves as facilitator and advisor, guiding dialogue with discernment, asking questions that surface clarity, and helping leaders navigate complexity without prescribing answers.

This is not curriculum-driven instruction — it is advisory facilitation shaped by years of experience in executive rooms.

Ongoing Advisory Access

Participation in Executive Exchange includes occasional connection and perspective between meetings, as appropriate for the needs and season of each leader.

Members also have periodic opportunities throughout the year to step back, review goals and BHAGGs, seek counsel, and reconnect with the broader Lasting Legacy Collective community.

Priority Access to Strategic Advisory

Leaders who desire a deeper, more consistent one-on-one advisory rhythm may be invited into Strategic Advisory & Executive Coaching, offered separately and selectively.

Why Leaders Choose Executive Exchange

Leaders join Executive Exchange because they want:

  • Clearer thinking around complex decisions

  • Trusted peers who understand leadership weight

  • Honest conversation without posturing or performance

  • Perspective without pressure

  • Accountability around goals, priorities, and commitments

  • Alignment between success, faith, purpose, and influence

Over time, participants often experience greater clarity, confidence, and peace in how they lead — both inside and outside the business.

Participation & Investment

Executive Exchange is a monthly commitment designed to reflect the depth of engagement, the caliber of leaders involved, and the advisory nature of the experience.

Because the composition of the room and the depth of engagement matter, participation begins with a personal conversation to explore fit, timing, and mutual alignment.

Investment details are discussed during that conversation. Participation is offered by invitation or application.

Request an Invitation

Executive Exchange is not something you simply join—it is an environment you discern.

If you are carrying meaningful responsibility and seeking clarity, counsel, accountability, and trusted perspective, we invite you to start a conversation.

Leadership is rarely about having more answers.

It’s about having the right perspective at the right time.
